Ordering:
There are three different ways for you to place your order. You can order online, by phone, or through mail. Types of payment we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Money Orders. If ordering through our website you can place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you prefer to call us and place your order, you may do so during our business hours. We provide a toll free phone number for any phone orders or customer service. You can also mail in your order if you are paying by Money Order. You MUST be 18 years or older to purchase weapons. Payments we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and Money Orders.
Need By Dates:
We consider a lot of the products we offer special order items. Not all products are in stock. Our website does not say if the item is in stock or not, to see if an item is in stock you can call our toll free phone number or email us with the item number.
If you need your order by a certain date for an event, please call us to place your order so we can check availability of your items and let you know if we can accommodate you. You can also type the date you need it by in the "Special Instructions/Comments" box when ordering online. If we cannot get the order to you buy your need by date, we will notify you as soon as possible, however it is best to call before ordering to check the availability.
Backorders:
We carry over 5,000 products on our website from over 50 different manufacturers and suppliers. Occasionally items are backordered. When items go on backorder that means we do not have an exact ship date. We generally will be able to give you a estimate of how long it should take. If an item you order is on backorder, we send you an email to let you know of the delay. We apologize ahead of time for backorders. Please add our email address to your safe senders list so you receive our notifications!
International Orders:
We ship almost worldwide. We do not and will not ship to South Africa or Africa. A couple requirements for international orders are:
1. All payments must be made in US funds. If you place your order through our website or by phone, your credit card will be automatically processed in US funds. If you are sending an international money order, please have your bank make it in US funds.
2. You are responsible for knowing your local law and knowing if what you are importing is legal. If you import an item that is illegal, your customs department will seize the item and we will not be able to recover it for you. Save your self the trouble and frustration and call your customs department before ordering to see if what you are importing is legal and if you may need to obtain a special license.
3. You are also responsible for any taxes or customs fees that your country may charge you. You can simply call your country's customs department and tell them what it is you're ordering and the cost of it, they should be able to tell you the percentage of tax you will be paying. You will be billed your custom fees when your package is being delivered by UPS. If you refuse to pay your custom fees your package will not be delivered. It will be returned to us, treated as a return which means there will be a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost will not be refundable.
4. Sorry, we do not label any items as "Gifts" for customs, that is, unfortunately illegal! We will only label them as what they actually are.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Google Checkout, PayPal, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Our online shopping cart automatically generates your shipping quote. You can simply add the items you wish to order and click on your shopping cart. There is a button called "Get Estimates" and that will tell you your shipping options. Return Policy:
You may return any item as long as it is within 30 Days of when you received it. Medieval Collectibles will only take back clothing items if they have not been worn or washed and they must be in the original packaging. If you are trying on an item, make sure you do not get it dirty or get animal hair on the garment, these returns will be rejected and sent back at your cost.
Medieval Collectibles will not take back any used weapons. We cannot guarantee any weapons due to the fact we cannot tell if they have been misused or not. As with all of our items, you need to inspect your merchandise to see if there is any damage from shipping or any manufacturer defects. These issues need to be reported immediately, with in 2-3 days from when you receive the order.
Custom orders, such as armor or bows or any item that asks for a specific measurement are not returnable. If there is a manufacturer defect the item will need to be returned to us so we can inspect it and then it will be replaced.
On regular returns if you are only returning the item and not exchanging it for a different item, there will be a 15% restocking fee. If you are doing an exchange then you are not charged a restocking fee. You receive store credit for the full amount of what you have returned. For instance if you return a $39 shirt, you will have $39 to be applied to your exchange. If your exchange total does not amount to your store credit total, you will have store credit left over, there are no refunds given with exchanges, only store credit.
With any return or exchange, it is not required to contact us before sending the item(s) back, just be sure to meet all of the requirements above. Please include the full name the order was under and the invoice number along with your instructions for return or exchange. All refunds are processed in approximately 5-7 business days from receipt of your return.
Shipping and Handling is not refundable. There will be a shipping fee on all exchanges to send the order back to you.
