We believe this to be one of the most stunning Gothic dresses we have ever offered. This full-length, black crushed cotton velvet gown is cut in the courtly tradition of the late middle ages. Both the bell-cut sleeves and square-cut neckline are trimmed with a silver floral pattern, encrusted with dark jewels. The open cut front is lined with a dark silver lamme, while the easy lace-up back ensures a stunning, shapely fit every time. A truly stunning piece for that special midnight gala. Dry clean only.

I adore this gown and it feels very authentic. I was very pleased with the detail at the neck and sleeves. However I only had one problem and that was the size. I ordered a medium when I should have ordered a large due to bust issues. It seems to have been made for a more slender woman so while it's a bit tight but still wearable. Another thing is while beautiful it's a little heavy and there for hot. So if your looking for breathable material I'd move on. The dress is very long and touches the floor so it's advisable to either wear heels or take to a tailor have it hemmed. Either way it's worth the price and I love how I have to pick up the dress to walk. It makes it feel if even more magical.
