This Bamboo Backed Hickory English Style longbow is a nice, powerful bow. It is made from carefully selected hickory backed with bamboo. This impressive combination yields a Yew-like performance. It is customed tillered and can accomodate a draw length up to 32 inches and a draw weight of up to 60 pounds. The bow is 72 inches long for a 28-inch draw length, so depending on your draw length, it may be a little shorter or a little longer. It is wrapped with traditional black cord. The Bamboo Backed Hickory English Style longbow does not have an arrow rest, but is a shoot off the hand style bow. A bow stringer and instructions are included. The bow is permanently finished and requires no maintenance, other than regular care and proper storage. This bow is great for target practice, SCA events, Archery competitions and Hunting, certain events and hunting laws may require specific draw lenghts and draw weights, if you are purchasing the bow solely for that purpose, be sure to check what the requirements are first.

Custom items are non-cancelable or returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. We also offer a 1 year warranty on this bow in case of any defects. If this bow breaks or does not function properly as a result of manufacturing defects we will replace it. These cases are handled on a case by case basis. Remember to always unstring your bow when you are not using it and never fire the bow with out an arrow.
