The bold Renaissance cut is complimented by the puffed shoulders, while the sleeves give the illusion that the dress is being worn with a full chemise underneath. Actually, a perfect lightweight gown for those warm faires! This gown is shown with a hoop skirt (farthingale) worn underneath it in the picture which gives the outward shape to the bottom of the dress. A hoop skirt is not required with this gown, but if you would like it to look like the picture we do sell them separately. If you choose not to wear a hoop skirt, the dress will just elegantly hang.
