This swept hilt rapier is available in 3 different finishes. The item #500546 is for the Brass finish which is "A" (the one furthest to the left) in the photo. If you are looking for the other finishes, the Blackened finish is item #500150 and the Nickel finish is #500508.

The rapier was primarily a civilian dueling sword. This was true not only in the old world, but also in Savannah, Georgia. The locals will tell you that more of the early English settlers died in private duels than were killed by the Spanish (that were contesting the area). This rapier will please just about any history buff. Fully tempered high carbon steel blade. Scabbard included.
